Hi, I started learning about magnet fishing 2 years ago while fishing off the shore. I saw someone throw a magnet in and pick up some stuff off the bottom of the river. I thought this was awesome. My friends and I learned about keeping the shoreline and water clean by picking up trash and getting our own equipment to keep the bottom of the lakes, rivers and ponds clean. We use a heavy-duty magnet and a grappling hook. It's so fun! Thanks for picking up your stuff and not throwing it in the water or leaving it on the shoreline. = Aaron
